Day Block Event Center Where Meghann Weds Ty

It's likely that when you first hear, 'Catholic church wedding', you might immediately think of the length of the ceremony. Some might even be hesitant to attend (that would be rude FYI). BUT Meghann and Ty's Catholic wedding ceremony was a dream.

The most romantic hour of church I've ever sat through. And actually I went to private grade/middle/high school, so I've sat through a lot of mass.

"In hindsight, I really appreciate that it was long enough I had time to take it all in and feel the gravity of the event."

If you had been at Meg + Ty's wedding than you would have realized that they really put in work to make it great. Meghann purchased and designed all of the table and room decor, family and friends installed and set it all up, and Ty tried his very best to not be quite so verbose for just one day. I think he did a grand job.

 

6 THINGS WE CAN LEARN

  1. Having a buffered timeline can mean being late isn't a big deal.

  2. Bouquets are heavier than they look.

  3. There's a right way and a wrong way to fold a pocket square.

  4. A Catholic Wedding ceremony doesn't always feel long.

  5. Paying for your guests parking downtown is really, really polite.

  6. Live music for your first dance brings tears to all eyes.

P.S. I’ve received a couple questions about Meghann and Ty’s signage (the welcome sign) and where they got them. Meghann designed them in photoshop, the cursive font (their names) they created themselves, and then the other font is Mrs. Eaves. If you are local to Minnesota, they got the signs printed at Sign Pro in Edina.
