who's it for

Couple’s in search of someone else to captain their wedding day. You need someone to carry out your plans, and we both know it can’t be your mom, or your sister, or your mom’s sister.
what's it include

3 pre-wedding virtual meetings. Day of event management: greet and direct vendors, act as a liaison for the couple, available for questions and concerns, anticipate problems and handle any that unfold efficiently. Specific tasks can include: check table settings, assist with sound check, greet guests; direct ceremony, family photos, dinner, toasts and additional reception activities.
When do we start

Clients book 6 months in advance. You’ll get access to my planning software so you can plan like a pro. On the day of I’ll be there from 1st look to just after 1st dance.
what if we need more

Designed to allow you to have a coordinator on the day of your wedding, my professional assistance is meant as event management only. Available add-ons include venue walkthrough or site visits, rehearsal orchestration. Set up is limited to table number placement and guest book/gift and card tables only.
